As a Cloud Native Platform Engineer at Gluo, you will work on projects for our customers. You’ll design solutions for complex challenges, covering infrastructure as code, containerization, observability, and deployment procedures. You make architectural decisions with confidence and can explain and defend them clearly.

Beyond hands-on implementation, you collaborate with architects, software engineers, and leadership. You share best practices and lessons learned so we arrive at the most fitting cloud‑native solutions together.

Requirements

Advanced, admin‑level experience with Kubernetes in production
Understanding of software engineering best practices and patterns
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with infrastructure provisioning
Practical experience with a public cloud
Understanding of distributed systems, including containerized microservices and scalable web apps
Strong Dutch and English communication skills (French is a plus)
Based in Belgium
A software development background is considered a strong plus.
